U.S. Treasury Secretary Timothy Geithner In India, India wants our jobs as "trade"

Here goes our U.S. Treasury Secretary to India. Of course India is demanding our jobs.

India wants the U.S. to relax its export controls over high-tech products. The country also would like the U.S. Congress to give work visas to more Indian high-tech workers.

And in the U.S., business leaders want India to open up its defense, banking and retail sectors.

What is most amazing is the idea that the financial sector should get what they want, but the U.S. Tech worker gets sent to labor arbitrage and oblivion, simply as a bartering chip.

I would suggest strongly writing the White House and demanding our government stop putting up the U.S. STEM worker as cannon folder for some dubious agenda by big banks and investment firms.

But as one can see from India's demand for more Visas, it's not about immigration, it's about India capturing the entire Science & Technology business sector for themselves.
