Obama promises jobs,why then won't he stop them from going offshore and to foreign guest workers?

In the news the Obama administration promises to save 600,000 jobs. I believe that is $1.3 billion per job by the way.
So, why is it the Obama administration will not stop the use of our taxpayer dollars to ship jobs overseas, bring in more foreign guest workers and refuse to use any system that verifies if a potential employee is authorized to work in the United States?
This is just ridiculous to not make sure all Stimulus money is tied to American workers, American jobs, U.S. citizens. Instead our taxpayer dollars are pouring overseas, helping other nations instead of the United States and the middle class.
How disconnected from economic reality does it have to get with an official unemployment rate of 9.4%?

Obama promised 2.5 million jobs..in the end he will be known as the President that started a lot but did not finish nothing. He can cancel all guest worker visas and that will open up a lot of jobs.

Obama will not stop stimulus money to be used overseas because he, like the former administrations before him, are in bed with the multi-national corporations. His main concern is self serving. He cares not for the
individual, he sides with the too big to fail - multinational corporations. Individuals are the opposite of too big to fail, they are TOO SMALL TO SUCCEED!

People imagined that Obama wanted change. Indeed, what Obama has changed is very little when it comes to the real economic situation of most Americans. Obama strikes poses but he does not address the core issues which decimated the American middle class: offshore outsourcing and importation of lower wage foreign replacement workers. This shock some but those of us who recall that it was Bill Clinton who rammed NAFTA through Congress well understand that the real division is not between labels like "Republican" and "Democrat" but rather the war of the economic elites who prefer profit over nation and community. Obama is a poser and a fraud.

If one looked at his policies, how he never cosponsored the Durbin bill when he was Senator, his blow off to his constituents, I don't know why anyone believed he would be different, esp. to tech workers.
We have to demand real change and demand they pass the Durbin-Grassley bill Intact and don't do something else, like turn the universities into green card machines or raise the H-1B CAP as well as offshore outsourcing.
