There is an age discrimination case against Google going up to the California Supreme Court. If he doesn't win, there is no justice.

Slashdot points out only 200 of Google's 20,000 employees are recognized as over 40. If that isn't evidence of brazen age discrimination I don't know what is.

Look at Google's example of their over 40 employee. He's an exercise freak. Do you seriously need to be an exercise freak to get an engineering job at Google if you dare to actually age?

It's not just Google that is brazenly discriminating against older technical people. Most interesting though, even as executives age, they keep their discriminatory attitudes.
