raw links not only look horrific in layout, but they also will not be indexed by search engines. Look in the user guide on how to do this, there is also a rich-text editor to help people formatting their posts.

Also, please do not refer to Indians as "Desi". Yes I know it's not derogatory of their culture but it is very easy to respond to some of the outright hatred and racism coming from certain sites which promote more guest workers in kind, so please refer to foreigners by their proper nationality/citizen titles.
