Durbin-Grassley Bill "Threatens" Indian Offshore Outsourcing - Business Week

Business week reports the Durbin-Grassley H-1B and L-1 Guest worker Visa reform bill threatens outsourcers:

A new bill in Washington aimed at tightening the rules for companies in the U.S. that hire skilled workers from abroad could threaten the business model for outsourcing firms such as Wipro Technologies (WIT), Infosys Technologies (INFY), and Tata Consultancy Services (TCS.BO).

Bummer Indian outsourcing companies. You can't import only Indian workers to replace U.S. workers for jobs in the United States? Maybe you shouldn't have a business model built to destroy the U.S. labor force, discrimination against Americans and undermine their wages and careers?

Of course jobs in the United States should go to U.S. workers first. Trying to spin this as a trade issue is ridiculous, it's labor, it's U.S. jobs.
