New Immigration Bill with "Independent" Labor commission

Submitted by admin on Tue, 05/18/2010 - 19:23For all of you up who were and are up in arms from 2006, 2007 over "Comprehensive" Immigration reform bills, which would have flooded the STEM labor market with more H-1B, L-1 guest workers, instant green cards for anyone who could claim any technical skills and a bias for permanent immigration, again with someone who could claim technical skills, payback is a bitch.
Arlen Spector, who was the Senate Judiciary Chair at the time, which is where those horrific bills originated, just LOST his Senate primary.

Submitted by admin on Sun, 11/15/2009 - 15:50One must wonder is the White House, with their flooding the U.S. market with all sorts of additional workers agenda, the reason behind the Lou Dobbs force out? Do they believe if they silence Lou Dobbs, magically this inane policy and bill will pass?
I doubt it's any coincidence that the first show Lou Dobbs' replacement gives is a forum upon which the White House can spread their unlimited cheap labor agenda propaganda.
