The New York Board of Education is firing it's American I.T. staff, earning an average of $65k a year, in order to bring in foreign labor under H-1B guest worker Visas via a no-bid contract. The cost for each H-1B, who probably have less training and experience, than the Americans: $250,000 a pop!

What a surprise, Professors who aren't making a dime are getting busted for taking bribes to award PhD degrees in Germany.

German prosecutors are investigating about 100 professors across the country on suspicion they took bribes to help students get their doctoral degrees, authorities said Saturday.
